Cyclus - Gear Hanger Alignment tool
With the gear hanger alignment tool it is possible to control and correct the geometric position of the gear hanger in relation to the frame. Scope of delivery: Gear hanger alignment tool. Preparation: Assemble rear wheel on the frame and pay attention that it is assembled correctly. Remove the eventually mounted rear derailleur. Use: Screw the threaded spindle into the gear hanger and fix it with lock nut. Measure the distance on several spots of the rim with the feeler pin. The distance will be the same, if the position of gear hanger is correct and the wheel is centered. On the spot, where you discover a distance deviation, you can correct the gear hanger by pressing the lever of the alignment tool up or down. Correctly aligned gear hanger allows blameless gear shifting and safes the frame from damage.

The Cyclus Fork Tube Cutter is the perfect tool for cutting new threads on a steerer tube. Before you start, it is important to clean the fork tube thoroughly. Once the tube is clean, use the included die and attach it to the fork tube. Then you can start cutting. For best results, we recommend using a matching cutter plate (part numbers 720019 Fork cutter plate single 1'' and 720020 Fork cutter plate single 1 1/8''). In addition, always use the correct cutting oil when cutting new threads (e.g. article number: 710012 CUTTING OIL 100 ML). Cyclus - Drop Out Allignment tool Set including distance bushings
With this product, you can check for dropouts and you can also correct the exact geometric position of the forks of the frame. Scope of delivery: Control gauge for dropout (pair). Preparation: Remove the wheel from the frame or fork. Use: Disconnect the two control gauges in the dropouts on the frame or fork. Note the different installation widths (frontwheel: 100mm, backwheel 130/135 mm). Now move the spacers according to the gauge. If you have done this in the correct way, the flat surfaces stay parallel to each other. If there are differences at the flat surfaces, you have to judge according tot the dropouts.

Cyclus - Headset Press Set Universal 1 +1-1/8 Inch
With this tool the top and the bottom head cup will be pressed into the steerer tube simultaneously. Scope of delivery: - tool holder with T-handle, - trapezoidal thread spindle 360mm, - press bush pair, - threaded sleeve, - thrust bearing. Preparation: Screw the trapezoidal thread spindle with the side, which has a fine thread, into the tool holder. Put the thrust bearing and then one of the press bushes on the spindle. Use: Place the top head cup on the press bush and insert the tool into the steerer tube. Place the bottom head cup on the other press bush and put both of them on the spindle of the tool. Afterwards screw the threaded sleeve on the trapezoidal therad of the spindle. Rotate the tool holder and start to press the head cups. Pay attention, that the cups are not getting jammed during the work. Before you begin to press the head cups, check the diameter tolerance of the cup seating in the frame. You might need to correct the size by milling and facing the steerer tube first. Use corresponding head tube facing tools (code: 720005; 720006; 720210). Tip: Put some lubricant on the head cups to be pressed. It will make the work easier and safe the tool.

Cyclus - Head Tube Reamer Set 1-1/8 EC 34/15/90° including Cone Guide
Head tube reamer 1 1/8" (34 mm) complete with reamer. Cyclus Tools special tool to face 1 1/8" (34 mm) head tubes. The head tube reamer creates coaxially exact plane cup seats on the head tube. Max. head tube length: 190mm, max. milling depth: 15mm and max. wall tube thickness: 4 mm. Scope of delivery: - head tube reamer 1 1/8" (34mm), - tool holder, - spindle with thrust bearing, spring and conical guide. Preparation: Install the reamer on the prepared seating of the tool holder. Screw the spindle with conical guide, spring and thrust bearing into the tool holder. Use: First, remove the conical guide from the spindle. Insert the tool from above into the head tube of the frame. Put the conical guide on the spindle again and apply pressure with the spring. Rotate the tool clockwise. Use cutting oil while working. Continue to rotate clockwise, while taking the tool out of the head tube. Repeat the above steps to ream the bottom side of the head tube. Tip: Before reaming, remove evetually existing chrome plates on the frame, to avoid early abrasion of the reamer. After reaming you might need to remove sharp edges with file. After the use, clean the reamer and keep it in a safe place.

With the threading tool it is possible to create optimal coaxiality of the thread inside the bottom bracket housing. Scope of delivery: - 2 T-holders with drive for bottom bracket taps, - tap pair ITAL, - tap guide with lock nut. Preparation: Remove the plastic transport cover from the taps. Insert the taps into their drive on T-holders. Screw the guiding axle into the T-holder and fix the taps with the lock nut. Use: Before you start with thread chasing, clean the bottom bracket housing. Insert both halfs of the tool into the bottom bracket housing simoultaneously. This way you will avoid jamming and damaging of the existing thread. Please note, that the tool is can be used for thread chasing only, not for cutting a new thread. Cyclus - Handles for Seat Tube Reamers without Reamer
Holder for seat tube reamer to accommodate reamers for the seat tube. For the purposes of reaming the seat tube you also need the appropriate reamer. Application: First screw the lower part of the holder off with a 22 mm wrench. Now insert the corresponding reamer for the tool and screw the lower part firmly back with a 22 mm wrench. Run the holder with the lower part of the seat tube and then rotate it in the cutting direction (clockwise). The reamer create an exact inside diameter of the seat tube. The maximum cutting depth is 270 mm. With the reamer extender (Part No .: 720 103) you can reach a maximum cutting depth of 400 mm.
