The Blackspire Stinger chain tensioner keeps chains tensioned in the most challenging conditions. On rough terrain, a chain can jerk on the small ring of the sprocket. The Stinger guarantees optimum chain tension at all times. This way you never lose your chain.

It is CNC machined from lightweight 6061 T-6 aluminum and is compatible with chainrings up to 40 teeth. The Stinger is available for mounting in three standard mounting ways: BB mount, ISCG and ISCG'05. More information about these mounting standards can be found under downloads. Furthermore, this chain tensioner is also available for mounting with E-type front derailleurs.
