You can return a product for any reason and we make it easy to do so.
Log in to your ‘My Account’ page and click on 'Return Overview'. You will be able to see any return shipments from this screen as well as request to return a new item. To start a new ‘Return Shipment Request’, look up the item or view your orders and select the item you would like to return, fill in the open information fields and add the item to your return shipment. When all the items you’d like to return have been added, you can submit the return.
Once our service team receives your return shipment request, they will keep you informed about what happens next. Please wait until you have received a confirmation from our team before returning the item to us.
The legal warranty applies to all items you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. In addition, all items are subject to a warranty period, which depends on the warranty conditions offered by the supplier. If you register a return shipment under warranty, our staff will take this into account in the return shipment request and inform you about what happens next.
You have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party, other than the carrier designated by you, is in physical possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly in writing, by post, fax or e-mail, regarding your withdrawal from the contract. You can use the withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to do so. You can also submit a return shipment request for a purchased item via 'My Account'. This intention to exercise your right of withdrawal must be sent to us before the withdrawal deadline has expired.
If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive a full refund of all payments you have made up to that point, including standard delivery costs (not including any additional costs charged if you had requested a more expensive delivery option). This refund will be issued promptly and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
We will refund you using the same mode of payment with which you made the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any bank charges as a result of the refund. We may wait until we have received the returned goods, or we have received proof that the goods have been sent, before processing the refund, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without any delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The cost of returning the goods to us will be at your expense. Our return address is Tomeikerweg 31, 6161 RB, Geleen, the Netherlands. You shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
