Once your order is placed, we will start working to deliver it to you as soon as possible. Of course, you're excited about the delivery of your items. If you placed your order before 5 p.m. on a weekday, we will ensure our logistics partner, DPD GROUP, ships your order on the same day. An overview of the expected order delivery timetable is listed below.

At OMNI Bikeparts, we offer free shipping on orders €50 and above in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg (Benelux). If your order value is less than €50 or needs to be delivered outside the Benelux, we will charge shipping costs, which vary depending on where the order is being delivered. You will find an overview of the shipping costs to various countries listed below. These costs include VAT.
We will always keep you informed about the shipment. Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. In this email, you will also find a link to the courier track and trace code. After the parcel leaves our warehouse, please use this link to track your order on the website of our logistics partner, DPD Group.
In the event that you’re not home at the time of delivery, no problem! You can change the time of delivery in advance to another day or have the parcel delivered to a DPD Pickup Parcel Shop. On the day of delivery, you can check your track & trace code to see what time you will receive your parcel.
If you still missed out on your package, DPD will try to deliver it the next day or they will deliver it to your neighbours. If the second delivery attempt doesn't work out either, we'll make sure you can easily pick up your package at your nearest DPD Pickup Parcel Shop. After all, we understand that you want to use your new gear as soon as possible!
