Do you have an Internet banking account at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, SNS Bank, RegioBank or Triodos Bank? You can make your purchase by simply using iDEAL. This payment method is the easiest way to pay online and this method is free of charge!
You can also use your Mastercard or Visa credit cards on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay for your order with credit cards such as Visa Debit Card or American Express. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate, which means that you can place your order in a maximum-security environment. After we have checked your credit card details, we will ship your order. Payment by credit card at OMNI Bikeparts is also free of charge.
As more and more transactions take place via the online payment system, PayPal, we also offer you this payment method. Just log in with your personal PayPal details and approve the payment. Once the payment is approved, we will ship your order the same day. Anything for your cycling fun! We offer you this payment option free of charge.
We will ship your package as soon as we receive your payment. Unfortunately, sometimes this can go wrong. In the exceptional case where payment is delayed, the shipment of the package might be a bit delayed too. Of course, we will do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible.
You’d like to pay with iDEAL but you’re not sure if the payment was successful? We recommend you check if the amount was debited from your bank account. If you are still unsure if the payment has gone through, you can place the same order without worrying that we will debit this amount twice from your bank account.
Has the payment been made, but you haven't received an order confirmation from us yet? Don't panic, it might take a while before the mail reaches your inbox. The processing of the payment order can take up to an hour. If you still haven’t received the order confirmation after one hour, please feel free to contact our customer service. Keep your transaction number ready and we'll sort it out for you!
Your invoice is proof of purchase for your order. We always attach the invoice to your shipping confirmation email. You can also find the invoice in your online account by logging in. Click on Invoices to view, download or print all your invoices.
